Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Five solid weeks

Days 34, 35, and 36

Tuesday:
This song was totally on "repeat" in my mind today. Trying to swallow your emotions is sometimes a lot harder than you think.

Once more, "Bluebird" by Sara Bareilles

Wednesday:
There was a song in my head today, but I simply cannot remember what it was... :/

Thursday:
Today its more of a soundtrack of emotions and songs that compile the day all together. How dramatic! How appropriate!

"Separate Ways" by Journey
I know this music video is a little corny, but its also pretty legit and a great classic song.

"Like You'll Never See Me Again" by Alicia Keys
Heard this song many times before, but never seen the music video. its fantastic! watch it!

A Latter-End-of-the-Week Triad: Thursday and Friday and Saturday

Days 28 and 30 and 31
Thursday:

Today there is not really a song, but rather a saying "Free at last, free at last, thank God Almighty, we are free at last." Finally the pressures of school let off quite substantially today. Ahhhh (<-- big sign of relief). Also, "free at last" because today, it has been a month and yet I am still alive. I cope; I hurt; I miss what we used to have; but yet, I am free and alive and well and continuing on with my life.

Friday: In regards to it still being Valentine's Day Week, I feel that even thought this may be a few days belated, it is still appropriate. "Somebody to Love"...Glee style http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=to8ZolgbNEQ

Saturday:

From my favourite movie of all times comes some of my favourite songs of all times. The new version of Pride and Prejudice (with Kierra Knightly) is just too good to be true!

"Dawn" from the movie soundtrack

Playing Catch Up: Sunday and Monday and Tuesday

Days 24, 25, and 26

Sunday:
With a looming week full of TONS of schoolwork (a research paper 1st draft due, a response paper due, finish reading a 260 page novel, a huge history exam, and a "quest" (=quiz +test) and additional weekly reading) I knew I needed to skip church this morning in order to get it all done. The song I sang all day?

"Heigh Ho, Heigh Ho, Its Off to Work We Go!" from Snow White =)

Monday:
Well, today was not much more promising. Out of the 16.5 hours I was awake today, I was either in class, doing schoolwork, studying, or engaged in clinicals for classes for 12.5 hours today.
There is no song about working overtime, but I kept thinking of "Workin' 9-5" by Dolly Parton

Tuesday:
The home stretch! Oh goodness, what a day! Still so much work to be done, yet somehow I am getting it all done! Once I hit tomorrow night after 8pm, the pressure will be off and I can leisurely do some homework and get things done that I need to (besides schoolwork!!!! ...for once in my life).

I actually got to go for a run today (of which, my body greatly thanks me!) and relieve some stress! So, for all my runner friends out there, here's to you, the greatest ode of all.
(Granted, my run was only like 2 miles, but it still felt great!)

Days 22 and 23

Friday and Saturday

Friday:
Last night was the most epic Valentine's Day (weekend) dance party ever! Such a blast! This is going to be a FANTASTIC weekend!

"Cupid Shuffle" by Cupid (not sure who its by?)
How appropriate, right?? =)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fAhXfcm_v40

and one more, just for good measure

"Just Dance" by Lady GaGa

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cacwntsr4Qw

Saturday:
Tonight's all-campus sing off competition is gonna be smokin' hot! 50 white college kids in black gospel choir robes on a huge stage in front of their peers and families? Ohhhhh yes please!

"'Cause we gonna rock this place, like it's dynamite!"

"Opening Night" from The Producers
(Never seen the movie before, but listened to the soundtrack several times)
